ExactTarget co-founder Scott Dorsey illustrates the importance of servant leadership to our students.
Christel House students from around the globe have been selected by their teachers and administrators to attend the Culver Academy Summer Leadership Program in Culver, Ind. But before leaving for camp, the students met with ExactTarget co-founder Scott Dorsey, who spoke with them about the extraordinary opportunity they’ve been given to cultivate their leadership skills at Culver.
Archana and Daniel S. (India), Ashley (Indianapolis), Daniel A. and Jukari (Mexico), and Liam and Naseefa (South Africa) were nominated to attend Culver Academy because each of them displayed excellent leadership skills. Now, they are learning from Christel House supporters like Scott Dorsey, and applying what they’ve learned to maximize their camp experience and their lives.
During their visit, the students also met with Karen Jung, Vice President of Community Programs for ExactTarget and Christel House South Africa visitor.
“We were delighted to host the Christel House learners and give them a glimpse into our business and culture,” she said. “These young leaders have such an enthusiasm for learning and their vision for the future is so inspiring.”
