This year, our school will participate in Greenpop's Family Food Garden project, which aims to address food inaccessibility and financial insecurity by equipping individuals with the skills to sustainably grow their own food at home.
With the help of our donor, Naked as well as Greenpop and Urban Harvest Edible Gardens, each of the twenty parents participating in the programme will receive in-person and digital training workshops as well as Family Garden Pods. Our parents recently attended their first workshop where they received their pods, training materials, and planted their first seedlings.
